The orcs roaming around have full suits of Orcish armour, but no weapons. There's a Daedric ruin just west of Maar Gan, over the hills into the West Gash.

every building was broken, but there was a main building were there were four doors to go into, in those four buildings are creatures that fight you and give you blight disease. That armor is the best there is that i came across so far. I found some armor at this one place dont know wat its called or were but i found it on a dead vivic guard and every time i talk to a vivic guard he says were did you get that armor and fights me.
